Procedure for exceptionally severe weather
Should there be severe weather in the period between Christmas and Easter the school will remain open unless widespread dangerous travel conditions prevent this from occurring. If this should occur there will be information available on Radio Kent, Heart FM and KMFM radio and also via the home page of the school website. In addition information of closures and partial closures will also be posted on www.kent.gov.uk/winter and it is from this source that the radio stations will obtain their information. You should assume that the school is open unless such a message is broadcast.
