KS4 Information...

Year 9&10 - BTEC Vocational Studies
Pupil will complete one unit titled - "An Introduction to Engineering" in year
9 then go onto complete either "Machining a Product" or "An introduction to Carpentry".

Year 9&10 - BTEC Engineering
Level 1 Certificate - Pupils complete a variety of units covering, hand tools, machining, lathe working and work in the industry.

Level 2 Diploma - Pupils complete a large number of units over two years. This will cover Maths and Science for engineering, machining, milling, lathe turning, selecting materials and health and safety.
